⚠ Important Notes
- Please be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to pick up time
- Guests who do not show up at the arrival counter or meet-up location shall be charged in full with no refund
- Arrival guests must be at the meet-up point on scheduled time; seat allocation will be forfeited in favor of waitlisted guests if late
- Departing guests must be at the embarkation point at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure
- Porterage service is NOT included in the transfer fee
- Each passenger is allowed two (2) pieces of hand-carried luggage; excess luggage charged at ₱250 per piece
- For arrival & departure via Kalibo Airport, an additional surcharge of Php 200.00 per person shall apply
